30a is the biggest Orion that Victron makes. Not sure why, but I wish I had just got the larger Sterling instead of my Orion like you did. I think I just got suckered into the Victron ecosystem, which I love, but the Orion really has nothing to do with it (no VE direct port or anything).
It’s not a major conversion, it’s just wheels.
There’s no option for the duallies but the heavy steel wheels OR the aluminum MRAP wheels. I guess you could run regular wheels and a ton of wheel spacers to achieve the correct wheel track but that’s stupid and dangerous.

One additional benefit, which honestly I think is justification enough, is the F450 and F550 have a crazy good turning radius because of the “wide track front axle.”
I assume the same is true with the Dodge equivalents
FWIW, a properly spec’d (chassis cab, GAS engine) SRW F350 can have a payload of 4960 lbs - plenty of room to work with. But at the end of the day, I’d rather have the 9000+ payload of an F550 and be way under the GVWR.
