I am not seeing the 4x8 sheets on the website. They are or were in the store though.
Lowe’s has some stuff called AZEK

You still need starboard for fronts but the Pvc will save some weight.
The come along is faster than the hi lift hot sure and you can rig it to walk up a chain too.
But you can’t really lift the truck with the come along. Unless you have something to hang it from.
Starboard is way to heavy.
If you want to use plastic look at expanded pvc panels. They weigh a lot less and You can get 4’x8’ x1/2” sheets at Home Depot for less than $100 and it glues good with pvc pipe glue. YYou can get a marine version too but it costs more. I used it to make some built...
By gas mileage went up I mean when I changed gears it went from horrible 14.5 mpg to a terrible 16.5 mpg with the raptor wheels it is about 1mpg better with the stock wheels
I have raptor takeoffs on the truck but still have my stock wheels with BFg all terrains on em. I tried both Gas mileage got better better with the stock size and the raptor takeoffs.
If I were to do it over I would get an f150 with the 2.7. Fuel costs add up fast.
It will tow a lot for the mpg it gets and go a LONG way on a 36 gallon tank.
It would be hard to look past the raptor though.
Will need to do front this weekend. Going with the duragrip. And 4.1 gears. Back has the factory locker. Right now the only thing saving me from disaster is a piece of tape over the 4x4 knob.
Truck should have come stock with 4.1 gears. Drives so much better with stock size tires.
Now Wishing...
