There is a 6.4 ER for sale right now, that I believe has had the engine replaced. I don’t believe there is a way to bulletproof the 6.4. I’m inclined to believe the only solution is a Cummins swap.

It is a 6.7. I think the 2011 was first year of 6.7. They had turbo issues, but supposedly were worked out by 2012.

I’m a big fan of the ER as well. If I ever sell my house, and take to the road full time, this would be the vehicle I would choose. Hard to determine what is fair market value on these vehicles. Even before this current silly era of overpriced OEVs, ERs have always been pricey. Over the years...
