    Rear Brakes 14 Bolt?

When it comes to replacing a drum, the studs are a replacement part as well. If the drums are to be replaced, it's a good time to do a disk brake conversion.

Help me pick my first 1st Gen (Cummins) truck!

That model truck will have MPI, should get about 15-20 mpg, and have 4.1 gears in the rear axle. Ugly means that you can cut the fenders for 37" military tires without worry. I'd still holdout.

Montero sport axle, how can identify the gearing?

There was a time that Mitsubishi used stickers. You probably won't find one and will have to pull the third member to count teeth.

235/85 or 265/75 for montero sport

If your concern is weight and highway fuel mileage, stay away from LT sizes and examine the P-series tires in highway treads. Many of these tires will still traverse forest tracks and sandy desert conditions easily enough. Another issue to ponder is tire longevity. An LT-series tire can...

Help me pick my first 1st Gen (Cummins) truck!

The super single concept is to place a single floatation tire in place of the standard duals. Lots of OTR trucks are now 6-wheeler instead of 10-wheeler using super singles. On the Chevy I had, the front tires and rims are significantly wider than the rear. This does not allow tire rotation...

Help me pick my first 1st Gen (Cummins) truck!

Yet another solution to your SRW/DRW dilemma was dealt with by Stockton Wheel, and similar businesses, many years ago when they made Super Single wheels. Big rigs have used these for several years, too: My Chevy had 33x12.5-16.5 tires in front and 255/85-16 tires in rear. I would question...
