Looking for a dometic cook top stateside

It came in the Westfalia Sprinter camper I own, of which 99.9% was built in Germany, and was imported over here under the Dodge/Airstream nameplate for a year or two... Here's some pix:

Looking for a dometic cook top stateside

I've got a Cramer / Dometic range/sink combo in my Sprinter camper. It might be expensive, but Steve at Eurocamper.com can usually get anything in the Reimo catalog. Might take awhile, though... http://www.reimo.com/en/D-accessories/D1-gas_technology/D1E-gas_cookers_and_sinks/...

    Anti gun legislation

So, if somehow someone were to screen out as psychologically unstable, and were somehow listed as unable to buy a firearm, what else would that person not be able to do? Could he still buy diesel fuel? Could he still buy fertilizer? Could he still rent, or drive, a box truck? I don't believe...

    Sportsmobile Sprinter 4x4

Really? I'm not familiar in these matters, but with the Sprinter already firmly established here, I'm surprised to hear that certifying/crash testing a 4x4 version would be that much more effort... I just figured that with MB taking over sales of their van, and with impending competition for...

    CCW Pistol Recommendations

KT's ARE cheap, as in, inexpensive. Less than half of what a Kahr costs. Plus, the parts are inexpensive enough that you can have some fun with the gun, such as putting the guts of the PF9 into an olive drab housing, instead of the black, if you're interested in that. I think KT's are a great...

    Sportsmobile Sprinter 4x4

If that's not an accurate description of a Sprinter, I don't know what is! I hope the conversion you're working on is for the T1N Sprinters like yours, not for the NCV models. I think in the not-too-distant future M-B will offer the NCV's in 4x4, especially if they get competition from any...

    Our "new" Tiger...

Man, what an awesome trip. It's great being able to pull over, and jump in bed, without having to set up anything... As far as the water heater goes, on our last two trips with our Sprinter camper, I pretty much let the water heater run the whole trip. The pilot light never blew out on the...

    Kel tecs?

I have a handful of KT's; a P32, 2 P3ATs, a P11, a PF9, a SUB2000, and a SU-16... All have proven very reliable, after broken in. I carry the PF9, and sometimes the .380's. For what it is, it's a great little gun. Polishing the feed ramps really helps, as it would for any gun.

    Airstream Eddie Bauer edition

They ought to make a drop-down screenhouse for that overhead door. Would be great for the buggy months... Tie down points in the floor would be nice, too.

Barn doors or sliding door on Van. Pro/Cons

What sucks about sliders is that if you use your rig for a camper, it's hard to get in and out of the vehicle quietly, especially from the inside of the vehicle, You really gotta get the door moving for the momentum to carry it into the latches. And it's hard for a kid or small woman to operate...

    Bed/Mattress question

The Froli springs are made of two parts: a center anchor that gets screwed down, and the actual "spring" part, which attaches to the anchor with a 90 degree twist. They twist on and off in mere seconds, so they're very easy to replace or change out spring rates. As far as repeated use, they...
