Think they are asking about twice what it's worth IMHO. Especially since it's an east coast van, which will have rust issues and you can see that in the rear axle and wheels. Funny that they don't show any under carriage shots...
I think the Delica is a better rig, I've driven both on and off road and personally like the Deli way better (have a couple climbing buddies who own both), Deli just seems to drive better, but that's just me... I haven't owned either but I will own a Delica at some point.
I'm about 99.999999% sure that's a scam. It at least screams scam, one picture, no phone number, and very little info… plus to good to be true price.
I don't really think it's a decent price. It's worth 30-35K yes but not 49K IMHO. But someone in CA will probably pay it, because that market tends to over pay based on other area's in the USA.
I don't see any issues, plenty of guys run the 4.6 over at SMB forum with no issues. If you're not pulling, then it's a great set up and you save money on both the V10 gas expense and the maintenance of a diesel.
Tim's set up is solid, If I was in the market for another van I'd consider his or MG's 4x4 set ups… but might lean towards Tim (Denver Fleet) Timberline 4x4 van since he's local.

This is looking good, great job I like people who take on DIY projects!! Your top is going to be amazing. Any areas that you need to fill in this will work great. I use it on the tops that I make… There's a lot of additional stuff here as well…...

Wow they are asking a bit much for this one... low miles yes, but it's hasn't been built proofed. $55k max because of the 8-15k in bullet proofing. Hopefully who ever buys it does some research & does a little home work. Nice rig though...

It was a home swap as I almost bought it from the guy who did the 4x4 swap. It was for sale for $4500.00 and still needed the front drive line and transfer case in… But had the Dana 40 in the front and was ready for the rest. I took it for a test drive and it drove like crap and the steering...
