Sure we have done this a number of times. There are complications and a significant amount of paper work to go through.
The vehicle may have to return to Aus at the end of your trip.
There is much more to this of course.

We used XZL exclusively on EC`s in the early days. Great tyre (oops tire) for off road. Not so great to on the hard stuff. We have seen 75K - 35K in useful life, they do require regular maintenance to get the best out of them.
