I'm thinking that I'll use two 2" layers of foam for the ceiling. A 2" and 1" layers for walls and 1" foil on both sides for floor. Plywood or FRP for skinning

After doing some research I found that the 2007 and newer E150's have a higher load capacity. Around 3k# if I remember right. That seems like plenty for my build.
But now...I wonder.

the one feature that I do use a lot is the multiple stop routing. This isn't, or wasn't when I bought last time, a feature on all GPS units.
