Yes Alcoa, Yes to adapters, not to run them you dont need a lift on a 4500 or 5500 but I have liquid spring suspension

asking 90k for the truck, gear ration is 4.10 i custom ordered it with that since most of its life would be highway and not being used as the intended work truck
