No, it hasn't sold. I've been in and out of town and have had several inquiries, but no buyer as of yet. It's fallen to the back of my priorities at this point tbh, but it is still available if someone becomes interested.

Yep yep. I debated removing the entire decal, but decided to leave some of it haha. I haven't spent any time in it over the last year, but the few times I've looked at it I've considered removing all of the stickers except the original decals.
