I do have the third row seats, but have had them stored and wrapped in plastic since I purchased. They were in perfect condition as I remember. As far a roof rack I do have a Yakima rack for it (not pictured because I can't fit it in the garage installed) but it's just the simple two bar system...

Odometer is at 278k. Not sure about the trans and transfer case. It was in when I bought it 12k ago. "JDM ECT type A442F with HF2A transfer case" The motor has approx 180k km when I bought it according to the builder, and I added 12k mi. So, 124k mi on the motor. But I have no way to verify...
