    stock spring replacement 04 Tacoma

At first the truck sat almost 3" but now has settled about 2", (2000 mile + round trip), had the chance to flex the truck a little on the trails and that helped, I believe the truck will settle more over time closer to 1.5" overall, which is perfect for my needs! Road manners improved over...

    Bicycle pump?

I actually ended up buying a Master Flow Tsunami from Petboys for a very reasonable price (inexpensive!) Portable, and ideal for what I'll be using it for (occasionally), and like the idea that the it uses battery clamps vs a 12V plug to power it. Tested it a few days off the generator, and...

Hi Sasaholic, I'm new to Expo, owner of a 2.7L Tacoma, and saw a picture of your 2.7L Tacoma and was wondering about the specs and mods made to it, especially the tire size / gearing! Any recommendations? I am running a 4.30 gearing ratio paired to a 5 speed (this is a 2002 model reg cab)...

am I crazy to get 4cyl Taco?

Wonderful! We have a 2002 2.7L 4x4 std cab Tacoma. Enough power even with 265/75/16's, but we got lucky the truck came with 4.30 gear ratio. (though we're thinking of going down a tire size) As long as we kept the loads light the truck is always dependable and has enough power + mpg is not...
