Thanks. I have been slowed by a few hiccups with the motor swap. I found the T100 drivetrain is quite different from a Tacoma:)I am just using a rubber gasket in between the truck and camper. I'll need some flex in that spot I believe. :)
some frame supports at each corner.these will connect to the frame below...new old motor/tran/TC with 70k to replace the original 3.4 at 300k spun a bearing:)
Added a layer of 3/4" to give a nice new levelish start.with a full coverage frame underneath it should work fine.wired for 6 interior lights with blocking recessed into the new rigid insulation:)
Very cool Henry! My camper was in pretty good shape. At least the important parts like floor and fiberglass. The last owner basically lived in it so the interior had to go. But it will give me a chance to make it the way I want. It also made easy access to the frame bolts that needed to be cut...
Yes I bought mine as an original 1976 2wheel Toyota and removed the camper last weekend. I'm excited to have another buddy doing the same :) I'm still trying to decide what changes I want to make to the camper still.
