It has been a while, wondering if someone managed to build their own FP? I have been looking into and planning a DIY Wildernest with an existing 'easy-up' tent like this cheap Coleman. I would get a used canopy/topper and cut off the roof, reinforce and add hinges and support poles. Any thoughts?
