Nice truck the F450 7.3s are rare. The road rescue boxes are a high-end build. My truck is the same setup but a 1999. Good luck with the sale.

Awesome build. That is a ton of work! Be careful with the 335/80/20 tires and surplus 20” military wheels. Most are made for the bead of a 365 tire. I had to cut 2” off the outside diameter of my mrap wheels to get the tire bead to seat properly.

It has a 4” down pipe now.

@60toyetero I might consider a trade. The 7.3 runs awesome after the upgrades (no boost leaks, new turbo, intake and php tuning). Everyone gets excited about 7.3s, but if they are in stock form they usually need some maintenance and upgrades which adds up quick. FTE forums is a great resource...

After adding new up pipes, turbo,intake, fuel lines and high pressure lines I drove the truck for awhile with the stock tuning. I added a hydra with the 65hp performance tune. The truck went from being a dog to slamming you back in the seat even with the big 335/80/20 tires.

Worked into the night to get it buttoned up. Added a spring loaded latch pin and bolt on ratchet strap.

I finally got my tire carrier built this week. I’m happy with the result. I can roll the tire in out of the carrier without having to lift it.

I have the aluminum Hutchinson 22 bolt mrap wheels. They are around 24" outside the wheels in your picture look like 22" which is good. The 395 and 365 tires have a much larger bead and the wheels are designed to fit those tires.
