Route? Whereabouts did you exit the Mojave Road and turn North on powerline roads? Did you end up coming into Vegas on the 15? I've been planning a Mojave Road trip for a while now, Vegas sounds like a great selling point to the S/O.

I'm trying to do the Mojave Road this year (just ordered my book). Was it just the one water crossing? My new truck has factory locker and factory all terrains (which look like street tires) and no lift. It's been very capable so far but the desert is the desert so I want to be prepared..
