    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Wow. Back injuries are tough. Good to hear you'll be back to riding soon, though! I only discovered the joy of riding just over a year ago when I moved to JC. I've been flat out addicted ever since...wish I would have found it sooner. Very cool that you're introducing it to your son at an...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Thanks, buddy! Here is the link to the rack I bought: eBay Rack It's still holding up nice but I'll eventually have it powder coated...once you scratch the factory coating, rust sets in quick. I haven't rode Steele Creek but I've been meaning to get up there. I do ride Warrior's quite...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

I may end up buying a set of camber bolts eventually...I've got just a smidge of negative camber I'd like to get rid of now lol. Correct, those are Accelera MT-01's. Total cost, including mount/balance, was $392. Yes, stock Samurai wheels. Need some TLC but thanks! :)

^ Thanks! I was a little shocked, too. The front had a strut spacer and spring spacer. The camber bolts may have worked for me if I ran them on the bottom strut hole and kicked the tire outward to true it up. There just wasn't any room for the spindle to move inward because it hit the strut...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Finally found the time to install my spacer lift and tires this weekend. I was hoping to have enough time to also fab up a roof rack + front and rear bumpers but those will have to wait since we ran into a few snags installing the spacers. Unfortunately, I was on a tight schedule :( I decided...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Small update from 9/3/15 Took care of some maintenance items last night. Which ended up being more work than I had planned. Up first was the PCV valve, which I don't believe has ever been replaced. This ended up being a pain in the rear. The old gasket was brittle and broke off inside...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Cool! Looks like you're running the same setup I've decided to go with. Should be getting my tires put on in the next week or two, along with a 2'' coil spacer lift.

I removed the bulk of it with a razor. Then used rubbing compound to get the rest off. The best method to use one of those circular rubber erasers that attach to a drill (most body shops use them to remove adhesive/pin stripes quickly). I left mine at my parent's house about 2 hours away so had...

    1995 Suzuki Sidekick Tinker Toy

Thanks! Still going back and forth between wheel/tire combos...definitely going with the 2'' coil spacer lift from low-range offroad so not running anything crazy. 1). Refinish stock wheels with 235/75 A/T tires. 2). Buy some cheapie bart 15x8 wheels and run 30x9.5's. Kind of leaning...
