It’s been a bit since I have posted; bought Victory back last year and been enjoying having her around the barn again. I’ve done quite a bit of work to her such as installing a new moonroof motor and ECU and sunroof drains all around….have a great link for Amazon specials if anyone is...
Get your hands on a Gap Diagnistic Tool; a must have for any modern Rover owner.
Then, you can run through the calibrations on the gearbox to include the transfer case.
As @gatorgrizz27 mentioned, there is a shift cable that could have a bent bracket but otherwise the drivetrain is almost...

Rebuild…..buy a few kits and keep them around. Well worth it as electrically they rarely fail.
Well, after a short lived tour in Texas; Victory is back! Having first right of refusal was key and I was able to get Victory back from Blake in the same condition; better in some instances.
So……here we are again…….so good to be back and can’t wait to catch up on all the latest from the...
I’ve seen a lot of proposed configurations to include M-RAZR tactical Polaris RAZR and electric dirt-bikes; gun platform, utility, tool, logistics, etc. I’ve used it a ton of time for my Home Depot runs; the track and tie down spots make securing objects pretty simple and overkill secure. 😂...
BC Customs Off-Road Trailer. This trailer was built for the USAF Special Missions Units and not available to the public; I purchased through a government auction a while back with the intentions of adding it to my overland collection but now have too many projects.
My original plan was to...
Take a good look at the wear on the driver’s armrest and the outboard driver’s seat; those are the most common wear spots for my M&M covers. On that note, I wore a hole completely in the drivers butt spot over the years; I don’t remember when I put these on but they have thousands of miles and...
SOLD SOLD SOLD! Stay tuned for my next build.
Please welcome Blake (new owner in Austin, TX) into the community and forums; I'm sure he'll be carrying the adventures along nicely!

Nice build, always great seeing the LR3 and LR4 builds still taking place. Can’t beat the comfort of these vehicles to and from the trail and to be honest, they knock it out of the park on the trails compared to any other stock overlander.
I've read this and I don't buy it. It's got specific codes for the diff lock motor. I've read stop light switch, which I changed, battery, etc. I just don't buy the brake lights will throw codes this specific.
Brake lights and brake light switches will give you every code that is critical for...
I cut a few new keys a few weeks ago to go with Victory's sale and future new owner; one of the keys dropped the GAP Tool program after about three weeks. I reprogrammed it, and no issues; just remember to do all of your keys at the same time.
Might be worth a shot if you have a GAP Tool; if...
Big Bear two weeks ago; who wore it better????? One of us took the road less traveled! I do like how he/she parked it in 'Off-Road Height," though........:ROFLMAO:
Well, I appreciate the accolades but far from expert; you know Rovers have been making us all mechanics for over half a century! lol
Yeah, it's a tough decision and I will Rover On with her until she goes to the next good home! I am looking to get into a nice RRC build in the future that I can...
