I have seen most of the videos, but they all seem to be from the prototype unit that doesn't even have the passthrough to the cab. Was just wondering if they were really starting to produce them.

It's been 6 months since anyone talked about how the development of these units is going. Has anyone been in contact with them to see whether they are getting into actual production? I haven't really seen any dealers that are showing the Storyteller Hilt either and there isn't much talk from...

I use one of the Lets Go Aero clam shells for road bikes, but they also make a box that will hold mountain bikes. They aren't cheap, but neither are my bikes and the old saying "out sight, out of mind" provides a little security. Most people think I have lawn chairs, etc. in the boxes...

I think all the new StoryTeller vans as well as the Hilt use the 48v system and I have seen a few others starting to use them. Like @driveby said, just inertia and familiarity with what they have used for the last 50 years. If you only need 200ah or so it probably still makes sense to stick with...

I like the power system they chose. The 370AH 48vdc is pretty beefy. It's equivalent to 1,480AH at 12v, but allows you to use cables that are 1/4 the size of the 12v systems.

Nobody seems to be interested in doing that. I would probably have bought an AEONrv if it was on the E-series.

Wonder why they didn't just go to the 48v systems like StoryTeller Grit and StoryTeller vans use. Smaller cables and more efficient.

It actually looks like they copied the interior layouts of the Grit, Megadon, TruckHouse units with the dinette in the rear. Of course they dressed it up to still charge $900,000. They did add some passthrough storage in the rear which looks handy and kind of reminded me of the EarthCruiser...

Looks like they basically copied the Quigley 4x4 conversion. I like the overall size, and the rear dinette is converted to a bed. Here is a link to the video.

Or, many of these companies are moving to 48v systems which can use conductors 1/4 the size of 12v systems. StoryTeller is a good example, but several others are going that direction also.

Just got my notice in the email. Will probably just keep it, but maybe Harris or Trump can get a roll back to control inflation. The Fed wants to see 2% per year inflation and I could live with that.

It would have been a big job to do on your own and Rossmonster surely would have charged you at least $100K to completely redo the interior and fix/update the electrical.
