I have DR. / ICON 2.5 coilovers in the front, and an AAL with my TSB rear springs and Walker Evans 2.0 reservoir rear shocks. Its about 3" + / - lift total.

I'm running the same size in BFG KM2. These are the larges size that you will be able to get full articulation, so good choice!

The rack has feet which mount to the camper shell. When we mocked it up today there was about 2" of clearance.
