We're talking about the timing belt tensioner pulley? Also perhaps harmonic balancer and crank pulley? How can I tell if there is further damage?

Tore my alt/fan belt pulling into the driveway last night after work. During replacement I noticed some crank pulley wobble? I assume this is abnormal? Is it a bearing issue? What will I need to do to fix it? Thanks
