Id prefer not to spend 57 grand but am not familiar with the edition itself for 2014

I went and looked at a 2014 black 25th anniversary addition lr4. It has low miles 18k and every option imaginable including HD package. However the dealer is wanting 57 grand for a 2014 seems like an awful lot. I know its a special edition but is it really worth that much more or retained value...
