Yep. I don’t have a picture handy, but I made a windscreen from a roll of aluminum flashing from Home Depot. Cut it long enough to cover about 2/3rds the circumference of the disc. JB welded a series of small strong magnets bisecting the height. Two large black binder clips at each end. Works...
This guys video changed how I manage my water jugs. Simple and effective idea. He’s got a later video where he improves on the idea a bit. Good luck.

Nice. I’ve got version 1 and the grill also. They’re just fun to cook on. Not the fastest, but I’m normally not in a hurry. Try to use dry wood or you’ll get smoke in the beginning. Once it’s hot it doesn’t matter as much. Wood pellets work well also if you’re doing the top down method for...
I’d think about something like the aero press or a pour over Setup. Both make a good cup of coffee.
From a prior experience I lived in the same hotel room mon-fri for almost 6 months. Talk to the manager, they may have a way to help. Then if not you can amazon one of the single cup systems and...
Alternative the hanging bag for a kitchen.

I like the size of these also as opposed to the big boxes. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Ziploc-26-5-Qt-Small-WeatherShield-Storage-Box-Black/45630857
For spices I’ve...
Awesome, I love rocket stoves. Great idea. I bought one of these during their crowdfunding campaign(https://www.virestove.com) and have enjoyed using it. Never thought about putting the disc on it.
Should be a fun experiment.

I’ve got one of these also. Screwed a magnet on the back of mine and covered the magnet with a piece of duct tape. Let’s you place it anywhere there’s metal. Works great when you place it low to the ground, not offensive. Just don’t forget to pull it off when you break camp.

No idea. Sounds like either your bowls or my bowls aren’t stainless steel. I thought magnets and steel were like me and beer - there’s just a natural attraction.

Nice one. I like your stove holder also. I just made a small windscreen for mine, and that stove holder would have made attaching it a piece of cake.
Here’s an accessory any of you making one of these should consider. From the hardware store grab a round magnet and a wooden knob. Then stop by...
At work so all I have is PowerPoint to draw with, but you’ve got some interesting options. Not exactly a skottle, but you could use the boxy-ness of the stove to your advantage. I dig the designs of the Australian company DRIFTA, and you could build something inspired by those guys.
Maybe...
Similar, low light solar rechargables. I hate it when someone fires up a Coleman lantern or turns on some bright led setup. I’ve got some strong flashlights and headlamps in the rig for handling situations in the dark, but they get used when things go wrong.

Nice find on the bag. To help with rust during storage between uses, throw some of those silica packs in the bottom. Buddy recommended it to me and it’s worked fairly well.
