I agree with everything Kevin said. Ive dealt with the dreaded LBJ failure and let me tell you, it sucks. So make sure those are good and make sure all bolts are torqued to spec. I also advise using ALL OEM parts for ball joints, tie rods, etc. I also had an issue with my upper ball joint...

No problem! Yep just drilled some mounting holes, and sprayed them with rustoleoum. I had it powdercoated with whatever the color the place told me the semi gloss would match if I ever needed to do touch ups.

I have the exact same winch. I had to relocate the control box because it wouldnt fit in Billy's bumper. Apparently its a superwinch issue because we had to do the same to a buddys 3rd gen Tacoma and Pelfry bumper. But we cleaned it up nice and didnt have to do any cutting.
