It is my understanding that yes, this will fit an F150 as the camper sits inside the bumper on all 6' 4" to 6' 10" bed length trucks. I have been running it on a standard bed 3/4 ton truck without any issue.

Yeah there has been a TON of money invested into this rig. Couldn't tell you exactly on the mileage. My long term plan was for an LQ9 / 4l80e conversion which would definitely help with the mileage and practicality all around.
