So when I step on the break pedal my rear loading lights are coming on and break lights and turn signals are dim . all wires are exposed at this point and need to sort this before moving forward .

Seller said they had it . I am at a loss can anyone help me out

Yeah I picked this up has 33000 miles 7.3 idi . I am gutting it now
