The E rated tires will ride rougher and are heavier than a C or D tire. But with E you will get longer life and possibly slightly better fuel economy over the life of the tire. Find the proper air pressure and this will make the best ride.

Nice RTT, I've been trying to find one on the net, but it looks like the Rams are left out.. How did you mount the hi lift and shovel to the bedside? When the rack is empty how easy is it to remove? I also have a gooseneck (B&W) that I need to use frequently. Really nice setup.
