Just received it, but my truck died shortly thereafter. Rattle can black paint job by me, not perfect. $200 I'll ship if you wanna pay shipping & handling (probably $60 - $80 bucks). It won't be packaged (just the way they come from Tony) so the paint may be dinged.

Thanks. I measured a 1 volt drop on my 03, which struck me as low, but order a Daniel Stern kit anyway. Unfortunately 2 years later I still haven't managed to get enough motivation to finish building the harness. Renewing the lenses should make a definite improvement. I did it at 185k and think...

Co-opski, great truck! Did you record the voltage drop prior to installing the headlight harness? Did it make a noticeable difference? How much improvement have you experienced from the steering upgrades?

Looks good How did you mount those mudflaps?

Were high/low beams on in this photo? Is 1-10" bar enough to make a noticeable difference when used with an average pair of OEM 65w hi-beams?
