I'm looking to do this as well. Eccotemp sells the L5 with their EccoFlo 2.9 GPM 50 PSI Water Pump designed for this use. From pictures i've seen it's very common to use 5 gal water containers but i'd like to hear how much water people are actually going through.
FYI for future searches: I reached out to Leitner and they had a super fast response. The pods are 14" deep so essentially you lose that width. Looking at pictures it does look like the depth starts at the inside of the bed rail and not outside. F250 inside width is 60.5 so there's only 32.5"...
At this point the rack in the bed would be used for carrying gear on the sides or to hold an awning. I did look at the Thule Xsporter in case I couldn't find a good roof rack over the cab but I can't imagine trying to load a dirt bike under the Thule Xsporter while a RTT is mounted to it haha...
