    Angled rear panel as fashion

What Perhaps inst of Perhaps instead of reducing the length to the lowest point of the floor before on the departure angle the rear wall and floor could just be extended to eliminate the departure angle but not reduce the overall length of camper. This would solve the problem on the inside...

    DIY Composite Flatbed Camper Build

It will go on a 2000 F-350, crew cab, long bed. I will remove the bed. I need to learn more about the mounting options and preferences. Keeping the cost down is imperative. A flatbed obviously allows the truck to remain useful without the camper mounted, which seems like a really good choice.

    DIY Composite Flatbed Camper Build

Wow this is great! I have been wanting to build a truck camper for about a year, maybe a little less. I’m ready to build now and have been trying to decide which way to go. I want light weight, low cost, great quality and great insulation. In the last couple of months I’ve made my mind up and...

    DIY Composite Flatbed Camper Build

Terra Ops, thank you for the reply. I'm a bit of a novice so thanks for any patience that is required with my posts. I've build five boats out of Plascore (honeycomb) and wet layup fiberglass, and now I want to build a truck camper. Thank you for clarifying that you are happy with the camper's...

    DIY Composite Flatbed Camper Build

Thanks for the offer Derek. Is your flatbed light weight and low cost? ? I'm looking for an 8 to 9 footer I believe. I haven't seen anything definitive on most of the XPS, it seems like a lot of experimentation and testing is still in the works. I suppose my fear of XPS 250 is that it would...
