I love that box at the front. Do you have more details? I put the Lock 'n Roll. I believe both are made in USA, can't go wrong with either. Most people in this thread use Max Coupler but I think the Lock 'n Roll is great as well. They have great customer support.

You have to drill the holes in the trailer, it’s very easy. I’m sure Robert will reply or call him. He was really responsive and helpful when working on mine. if you go a few pages back in the forum you’ll find lots of pictures of how it installs.

The tent, if placed evenly on the two posts, I don't think should affect much the TW because the weight falls on the center of the wheels. Maybe it will affect a tiny bit because a bit more volume of the tent ( = weight) will be on the front side, but I really don't think it should affect much.

Mmhh I don't know how accurate that TW is, I believe it's north of 300. But maybe they fixed it in the Gen 2. One of these days I'll weight mine now that I have the spare tire at the back, I'm curious.
