Bought an '07 with 116k miles last year that had the frame replaced just before I got it. It already had some lift in front to fit oversized tires/rims but sat a bit lower in rear. Replaced rear shocks/springs sized for a 2" lift and leveled it out. Just did all new brake calipers/pads/rotors...
