Well it depends on the question you asked. The rear axle did change, and the previous gears will not fit. The front axle is the same, and gears will fit.

For what it's worth, you could easily seal the oem location of the box that isn't used by the snorkel and remove the little arm that flips between positions. Boom, sealed box, and snorkel for cool points. Plus, snorkels look cool, water crossing or dusty roads aside.
