ITTOG's Truck Camper Build (was 6' x 12' Trailer Conversion)

I tend to lean more abstract for things like this… so while the bears are rad, i would tire of such a realistic image. Also, WHEN you take some chunks out of the wrap, the topo, maps, and abstracted mountains all should be more forgiving in how they show any damage. Of your presented options. I...

That looks like a good detail! Mastic tape or an appropriate sealant (3M 5200?) behind the break metal/extrusion will be your friend. I Don’t recommend that you use silicone though, you need something that will stay flexible like mastic, or that 3M marine stuff is plain crazy, used for sealing...

What type of mounts are these?

Noob question… are these sprocket shaped holes for some kind of proprietary mounting system? The are on my jerry can holders… the one on the side is 3.25” and the bottom ones are 2.5” in diameter Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sheet Flooring or similar for Provan Tiger CX

The textured marine stuff cleans up easy, but it on a boat, you can use lots of water or pressure wash… not ideal for a camper interior. I’d definitely stick to something smooth. The commercial vinyl should be a great solution. It’ll be slip resistant and durable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sheet Flooring or similar for Provan Tiger CX

Do a search for marine vinyl flooring… lots of cool options these days and you should easily be able to get a one-piece install as they use it for pontoons etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would definitely sand bondo between coats… each step should get smoother and smoother as you fill in the imperfections. Otherwise, I can’t imagine spreading bondo over a rough bondo surface, you’ll end up with a half inch of the stuff Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
