Next addressed the wheel hubs

Removed the old tires with a spoon (Not fun), and blasted, primed, and painted the 15" x 4.50" Kelsey-Hayes wheels that came with the trailer. We'll see how long the rattle-can paint job lasts
I used Dupli-Color filler/ auto primer, and Dupli-Color High performance wheel coating for the top...
Power washed, and wired wheeled the entire trailer.
Cut out the rotted frame rail, and welded in a new 10ga piece
Bought and welded in a new taillight panel from www.dlbensinger.com
Decided the floor was too far gone to save, so cut it out.
Welded in a new 3" crossmember in the center...

Hello,
I am trying to determine the size of my wheels off of my t3-c trailer. Are these 15" x 4.5 or 16" x 4.5 wheels? I believe that the t3-c came standard with 16", but the there is a 15" written in a yellow paint marker inside the rim.
