    Unobtainum

I would love to see the manufacturer spec sheets on the F250/350 or ram 2500/3500. DO not think I have ever heard of one RATED to carry 5000kg. Have a total weight of 5000kg...plus. Maybe

    Toyota Tacoma build price

Must be nice. A new Taco up here, not even configured with what I want is 45.5kUSD. The price is the price, negligable difference accross Canada. I put an All Dogs Suspension kit on my Frontier, kit cost 2700USD after tax, 945$ to ship, and then install was impossible because there are no off...

    Mid-size vs Full-size truck setup

I have driven and owned a Nissan Frontiet, and a chevy colorado. I had an extended drive (3 weeks) on a ford ranger. Brother in law, father in law and friends have various full sizes(f150, ram 1500 and a tundra). ALL the midsizes were worse fuel economy then the full sizes. Also, besided the...

F150 Tremor vs diesel Silverado ZR2?

Always hurts to fill up 250$ to fill up my F150 up in Canuck Land. I drove em all, and I just bought what I like best. You can play opinions and reviews all ya want, BUT it all is neat meaningless if you don't like the vehiclr.

    For sale in Ontario, Canada

Just a heads up. A friend of mine from Toronto asked to see it. Owner asked for 1000$ deposit first and refused to send more pictures. Sound to suspicious and with a good deal of sense my friend backed out.

    4x4 really necessary?

4WD is just another tool. It can help get you out, or help take you to far. if you have the platform, try it before you modify it…if you know of a not so remote place to test it all the better. I live in Newfoundland Canada, and unfortunately we do not have a lot of trees or other winching...

    DIY Winch in a Box.

Lol....ain't no off road courses, winches courses, recovery courses up here. I use experience from growing up on a farm and getting the tractors out, or the trucks....or trying ro get the mechanic truck down a tractor trail .... Your right that a winch is useless with no anchor point's but...

    DIY Winch in a Box.

One, there are very few trees to winch/rig off. Two, a 9500lb winch may be overkill, but an 8000lb winch was burned out by a buddy doing a recovery of a nearly bone stock 2 dr Jeep Wrangler. 3, when I am out of cell range 150km down a 2 lane highway, 10km down a gravel road and 5km into a...

    DIY Winch in a Box.

A multi mount receiver is good, if I wanted to pull myself backwards… I do no have a front hitch point. I like the idea of the box to keep everything neat, tidy and together. You have a point with heat generation, though they are getting better
