The walls are FRP skins with XPS foam in the middle. 1.8 inches thick. Around an R-7-8 value.

Not a custom size, but taller than the last EOS door, so do not have to duck anymore (at least I don't---LOL).

Just going from pop up to hard sided with the option of the inside kitchen, which would take away the driver's side dinette seating.
