    Latest on my trailer. only one shakedown cruise so far but other than a water leak, everything worked as planned. added the roof bars and roof rack. going to mount a rifle rack inside, but i think that is about it.

    i had an rpod 182g and sold it. i modded the heck out of it and made it nice. what made me sale it is the axle config( the nobo has the same issue) the axle has too much distance from the frame mount to the wheel placement and will bend. Big problem discussed on the rpod owner forum.

    i would use or rip a 2 x2 and then 45 the edge that will be the rounded edge and then use a belt sander to get the round edge that you want. i used quarter round, but still had to belt sand to get everything smooth anyway. this is ¾" quarter round

    i used ¾" plywood and quarter round embedded in epoxy and then covered in duraback.

    working on rear galley. sink in, trying to decide best storage config back here. jacks and safety chains on. need to prime/paint and clean that up. water heater/cover mounted threw most of the camp stuff in to see how i want to config the cargo areas

    corners in and sanded smooth and round. 1st coat on epoxy on almost all holes sealed. next i need to weld some mounting brackets to the trailer frame and then the box will go in frame for the rest. should go quicker now i think.

    two coats of epoxy and two coats of durabak on the bottom. it is ready to set on the trailer frame and continue. I did not sand the bottom edges smooth since it is the bottom.

    Can you fine folks give some guidance/opinions/knowledge about my box build? i can weld, but don't have a welder, so steel box is from custom work or tool up. I prefer steel or aluminum, but material is really high, and my quotes for a steel or aluminum basic box are $3500 -$5000. stupid...

    any recommendations for stabilizer jacks? bottom of frame to ground aprox 23" on this build using 235/85 16s
