    1996 ford F350 4x4 7.3L with wobble of death

I had the death wobble on my '05 for a time. Scariest thing I ever experienced. A retorque of the front end fixed it.

    Just bought a Superduty.

I put 150k miles on a 2005 5.4 gasser F250 from the time it was new. GREAT engine -- never had a single problem in all those miles. I absolutely loved everything about it. For what most of us do on this site, there is no reason to ever need anything more.

Need Some Help 88-91 vs 93-99 Suburban

Any of those trucks would be a great base to start from! I recently picked up this 1993 K1500 for $4700. I plan to overhaul the engine, possibly put something new in first, then I will be turning the rear into a custom camper with a custom foam mattress and places to store things. It won't be...

    my faverite truck

at 1:22 on that video, you can see where they replaced the truck with a HOT WHEELS CAR for a split second while it's in the air. Absolutely killed me haha. :D

The Suburban back end door debate

One of my coworkers has a mid 90's 2-DR GMC Yukon with barn doors. Awesome truck!! I recently bought a 1993 GMC Suburban with Barn Doors. First night out in the rain and the rear cargo area carpet is wet. I don't see a leak or anything wrong with the rubber around the doors, but I believe...

    2008 F250 Build

I know you haven't done the tire thing yet, but I would seriously consider going with the BFG MT KM2's... And if you do (not to sound like a salesman), check out http://www.discounttiredirect.com. I just ordered a new set of 35x12.50 R15's for a ridiculously low price w/ free shipping (and a...

I haven't seen them! I have been loyal to the Danner Striker GTX... So light weight and awesome once they're broken in. I've been using them at work for nearly 10 years

Not to shift this away from truck talk, but Danners are the best boots I've ever had. I'm on my 5th pair!

Lets see some full size pictures...

Just made a potentially good (or bad) decision and bought a 1993 Suburban on a whim. It looks like it's had a lot of work done to it already. P.O. tells me it's garage kept, babied, and perfect inside w/ no mechanical problems. I plan on it being a camping/adventure vehicle for myself and the...

    Outback vs. Honda Cr-V

Neither of these vehicles (CR-V or Subaru) are "true" expedition vehicles, because they're basically AWD with no low end (CRV is called RT-4WD, but it's the same basic idea). They would work fine as Daily Drivers though, and they are both very capable on all "road" conditions, particularly in...
