I found this video, but he doesn't say what year it is. He didn't take the upper manifold off. Is that the right engine?

I've been trying to find a good video for this. I have the 95 with the 3.0L. The upper manifold has to come off just to replace the timing belt? Crap. Does anyone have a video bookmarked that shows this process? I didn't have much luck finding one on the 1995.
