I have a powered roof vent and I find that the vent pumping air out, drawing fresh air in the windows, which are close to our bodies, works very well.

The “proper” RV thing is to have a plumbing system designed to be completed emptied of water. Ours is very compact and thus that is likely impossible.

Looks like a camber or frame flex issue to me. Do you have the reinforcing crossbar between the suspension on your model?
