They are very nice trucks but I would not touch those 4 Pot 3.0 Di Patrol as they had known issues with blown pistons. The initial in line 6 2.8l RD28 was more reliable but less powerful and less refined to drive. If it is the only one in the whole country, how on earth would you service it...
