I have not had any problems getting parts. It has been serviced by Portland Mitsubishi since I have owned it and they have a good sized warehouse full of parts. The transmission, clutch and transfer case have all been replaced. The other somewhat common failure points on these trucks are the...
Our Overland Fuso and Hallmark Camper are still available and ready to go for your next expedition. Asking $89,000 for both. Located in Portland, Oregon.
Price Has Dropped to $89,000. We will sell the camper first without the Fuso for $52,000 but can't sell the Fuso without the camper because we have no way to store or move the camper alone.
Must.Have.Coffee! I have tried every possible way to make coffee and keep coming back to simple pour over. Put paper filter in the funnel, add ground coffee, pour hot water, enjoy. Clean up is easy since the grounds are contained in the filter it goes in the trash or we compost it at home. I...
Another question was asked about how bikes fit in the “garage”. Here are a couple of photos with a 29r mountain bike in the garage. Some fork mounts could be easily added to secure the bikes.
The doors also make handy work benches and bike holders since they fold down to a horizontal...
Question came up about how the camper is attached to the truck. It is bolted through the floor of the camper to the flatbed with spring loaded bolts to allow a bit of movement. There are tabs on each side and the front of the bed to contain the camper from lateral or forward movement as well...

I have had some questions about the spare tire lift here are the details. The tire is secured on a pivot arm in travel mode. Note the Fuso lug nut welded to the little arm just above the pivot point. Read on to find out what that does.
Harbor Freight ATV winch with remote control lifts the...
I had some questions about the spare tire lift so here are some photos...
In travel mode tire is secure
ATV winch cable lifts tire to the tipping point of the support arm then cable is let out to lower it
it lowers it to the ground so you can detach it from the arm and roll it to where...
I get it. One thing you would want to do on the Hallmark Camper is add a heater and probably some insulation to the battery box to keep the Li batteries above freezing. It's an easy thing to do with an RV waste water tank heating pad. I will be doing the same to our van.
Wow - that is hardcore camping!
We have slept in it below freezing in the teens and 20's in Oregon but not below zero F. The propane heater has kept up just fine in those conditions. We had this made with Hallmark's cold weather package. The fabric on the soft wall portion has extra...
Look on Hallmark's website for more info on the lift system and their construction in general. Its a lot different then 4WC. I've walked on the roof with it up with no problems.
Here's a video of the roof with a 4 wheeler on top. it goes up a lot faster without the 4 wheeler...
Hallmark uses a tortion bar lift system that is rock solid. I have never heard on one collapsing or getting blown off and really can’t imagine it happening. We’ve camped with a big tandem kayak on the roof and it handled the weight of that with ease. The real advantage of the pop up in wind...
Dgreen13 - Take look at my post on the for sale by members:
https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/2005-mitsubishi-fuso-fg-140-with-hallmark-flatbed-camper-120-000.234657/
It checks a lot of you boxes:
1. It's pre DEF so it will burn high sulfur fuel
2. it has torsion free subframe. I've...
Here is an update on the Hallmark Flatbed camper. We have camped in every state west of Colorado, Alaska and BC Canada in this camper and it as worked very well. We have used it in all 4 seasons and have stayed comfortable in it so I can attest to the quality of insulation that Hallmark puts...
Well, time has come to sell our Fuso and the Hallmark Camper. We have had a lot of fun with it and it has carried us to Alaska, up through the Canadian Rockies and BC as well as numerous trips through the western US. I thought I should update this thread so interested folks can read the whole...

I agree with you on the lack of dual cabs in US and thanks for your well wishes. I added a bunch more photos on the listing so folks can see all the details. The "for sale" post feels like the final chapter to my build thread. I hope someone here buys it and continues posting its adventures...
