I would go with bolting the box. The reason I say this is that if the box get damaged or the frame is damaged it would be easier to work on one when it seperate from the other. Look at how welding on the frame is easier without any thing in the way. Just my opinion. Robert Walker

I was thinking of maybe something like that but also something that would add some strenght and protection like rockrails do.

I'm planning on some kind of strip to cover the cross memembers, just not sure what I'm going to use. Thinking round tube or more likely a square tube.

I think mine is like 150 by its self. I dont have a tent yet so I'm tring to decide what struts to get. Plus I have a opening tailgate and I'm not sure yet how to mount the rear strut. Let me think about the struts for bit. Thanks Robert
