48 hours after haveing the truck in my possession the motor has been removed, heads replaced and reassembled. Was going to put in back in today but, the down pipe and one motor mount was broken. She got new heads, ARP studs, water pump, idler, belt and new filters when she gets dropped in.

LLY, the motor has a few mods already. Deleted, 64 mm turbostudded, EFI live. The transmission is also built. I like the Duramax/ Allison combo. As far as committed, keeps me busy. If I don't like it we will sale it and move on.

Order it with the bed. I know if you use to order a Ford with out a bed it had about 50 less hp because it was a incomplete truck.

I vote IFS, flat bed, and 35" tire. Money saved on SAS can get you air lockers and a winch. Just remember when you driving that you are not in King of the Hammers. My next truck will stay IFS.
