If the wire on the clock spring assy that controls the buzzer is working as intended from the factory you won't have that issue. The wire is held to the ignition cylinder case mount with a small clip that frequently breaks and disables the buzzer. Ford vans do not use a relay in the headlight...

I'm happy that Vantage Optics is an option you are considering! My $0.02 besides having an actual claim in this has to do with the light output of the lights. The led versions have excessive foreground lighting which is great for auxiliary needs and fog, but not beneficial for main headlight...
