I saw Deaver for this. Had the same requirements. They rebuilt my stock T100 leaf pack: rear arched the pack slightly and added two leafs (plus new ubolts). What year tundra? First gen, the answer is yes, absolutely. Second, I don't have the experience to answer. Anything you put on there that is around 1000lbs empty over stock will feel too heavy when equipped for use.

Duallies have been used for decades all over the bush in Northern BC and the Yukon for recreation, mining, logging, bush work and outfitting. There's things you have to be aware of like all the equipment we use. They definitely work (and work hard).
