    M416 Military Trailer for sale***SOLD***

I am selling my M416. I bought the trailer with the intention of rebuilding it into a camping trailer to pull behind my Jeep. Long story short, I've just finalized my divorce and do not have a place to continue the build. Since I'm getting rid of my Jeep, I might as well get rid of the trailer...

To channel or not to channel??

You are correct in your first paragraph. The frame metal is made of thinner and shorter C-channel. The existing tounge as you can see in the picture below does extend towards the wheels of the frame. (You'll have to overlook the cutoff tube and with the jack. That's all going away. The guy...

To channel or not to channel??

'05TJLWBRUBY - I'm running a OME/JKS hybrid with ZJ front coils, LJ rears, 1.25" BL, 1" MML. When the nitto's were new I netted 6" lift over stock. So the trailer tounge is fairly level with the Jeep now. If I do the SOA, the tounge will be taller and I'll have to use probably a 4" rise on...

To channel or not to channel??

I've got a M416 trailer I'm rebuilding. I plan to have an extendable tounge (4') receiver tube and a receiver tube out in the back. I'm planning to use a piece of 2-1/2" I.D. DOM square tubing to run from front to back to install the receiver tubes in. The trailer was missing the lunette and...

    canadian m101 custom camp trailer

Very nice job on the trailer. You've given me some inspiration for my trailer. I've been pretty hesitant to make any changes that couldn't be reversed, but after seeing what you've done with your's, I thinking I may go ahead and make it into what I want and not worry about it. There's a lot...

Seeking Jeep LJ Cosmetic Surgery Advice

Maybe look into a set of Rancho 9000 series adjustable shocks. Cheaper and easier in the long run I would think.

Seeking Jeep LJ Cosmetic Surgery Advice

While I've never been a big fan of body lifts, to properly do a tummy tuck, it's neccessary. I would never go more than the 1.25" JKS BL that I have on mine, but for me to have gained the same clearance with suspension alone as I did with the suspension/BL combo, I would've had to go another 2"...

    Camo Clad

I had an 03 Honda Rubicon ATV I did in Camo Clad's vinyl and it turned out very nice. The Camo Clad help up very well. I did a lot of brush busting with that ATV and never tore through to the plastic. If you wrap it around sharp corners, I suggest wrapping around to the backside if possible.

Flowmaster 44 vs Flowmaser 44 off Road.

What about a glass pack. They take up a small amount of space and will give you a mild sound. I've got a couple buddies running them and the sound is't obnoxious.

I would go with a tummy tuck and engine skid combo. Yeah you'll have to do a MML and BL, but it'll will help a bunch on dragging you guts over stuff. I like you, take a long slow approch to modding my Jeep since there were only so many of the LJ's made in 04-06 (see below). I went with a mild...
