Spent Saturday morning sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee wiring up the relays.

The Hella fuse and relay boxes can be snapped together which makes a neater looking setup. Got everything laid out and mounted to the board.

Got the top fitted, and yes that is gorilla tape holding it on. Waiting on warmer weather before I can break out the epoxy.

Spent some time attaching the nose of the camper along with reinforcing the exterior seams with fiberglass tape and epoxy. The fiberglass tape becomes transparent as it absorbs the epoxy. Just need to make up the roof panels now. Hooked up the the jeep for a test pull and photo.

Dry fitted all the parts by holding them together with blue painters tape. Once I'm satisfied with the fit I will glue everything together with epoxy.

Finally able to get in some shop time. Have been working on all the angled cuts for the nose section of the camper. Used a technique known as pattern cutting to cut these large odd shaped parts. Started out rough cutting the angles with a jig saw. Next I attached a straight edge with a brad...

The plan (at the moment) is to cover all edges with fiberglass and epoxy.

I will custom build the door from the same panels I used for the walls, routing a step in the wall and door to make room for a rubber seal to keep out the weather.

I used epoxy to bond the walls to the floor. Then reinforced the joint with fiberglass cloth

What next? I have been debating which part of construction to do next. Complete the top Fit out the interior I have the material to complete the top in the shop and its in the way. If I complete the top I will use up the material but then the top will be in the way. So I decided to fit out...

Progress Report Finally got some time off that coincided with good weather. Began using epoxy and fiberglass cloth to reinforce the seams. Goofed up the cut out around the fender. Use scrap and epoxy to fill it in. Once its sanded and painted you will never know.

No additional skin. I'm planning on covering the seams with fiberglass and covering all external surfaces with West Systems marine epoxy much like building a boat. Then fill and fare the surfaces and use a high quality paint.
