Just leave it alone and take a tent. That's what it's all about....going outside. The mods are fun but most of the time unnecessary and have tradeoffs that harm the bulk of what the vehicle is used for the other 300 days of the year.

The XD S trim followed by SV will have the highest payload but the least options. Rear locker was important to me so Pro4x it is. All XDs have the 6.5 bed.

It got around 18mpg highway stock. Gets around 15-16mpg now unloaded with the lift, bumper, and 34.6" tires. Gets around 12-13mpg with the slide in. If you don't need the payload or 6.5' bed the regular Titan is a great combo of size, comfort, power and gas mileage. Stock with the 9speed and...

It's something like 1980lbs payload on the door sticker on this XD Pro4x with no sunroof. My regular Titan King Cab Pro4x was something like 1340lbs if I recall correctly. It was loaded with every option.
